OUR STORY

ASI Dance Elite previously educated dancers and artists as Mission Dance & Performing Arts. Established in 1978, Mission Dance & Performing Arts proudly offered students the highest degree of quality in dance instruction and the opportunity for personal development, achievement and enjoyment. Under the direction of founder Donna Dellaria, MDPA earned the reputation of being one of the Bay Area’s finest, family-oriented schools since its establishment. In 2021, our wonderful Director made the decision to retire after 43 amazing years and pass the torch to wife and husband duo Torie and Caleb Warren. In July of 2021 ASI opened their doors, retaining the original passion and drive while expanding their class offerings, dance styles, and nationally recognized staff. We here at ASI are incredibly excited for all of the wonderful experiences that are in store for our inaugural season and we hope that you will join us this year.

Our Mission

At ASI Dance Elite, we strive to instill in our students three guiding principles which we believe will guide them in every aspect of their life: To Aspire. To Strive. To Inspire. We believe that all dancers have the capacity to achieve any goal they set their hearts and minds to; it is our privilege to have the ability and opportunity to provide them with the education, tools, and space necessary to help them achieve their greatest aspirations and inspire those around them.

Whether your student chooses to dance in order to gain self-confidence, to make long-lasting friendships, or to take steps towards one day becoming a professional dancer, we make it a priority to help them achieve their goals. We value creating a fun, welcoming environment for all dancers to be able to cultivate their love for dance.

At ASI, we strive to be more than a dance studio; we aim to create a dance family. We believe that anyone can dance, and we work diligently to ensure that dancers of all age, levels, and abilities have a place in our family.

Announcing our new instructors soon!

F.A.Q.

Our youngest class begins with our 2-4 year old Tiny Tots class and we offer classes for age groups up until age 18.  Our new Ballroom ages 13+ class is now also open to adults! We will be introducing our 18 month old classes in the fall

Our monthly tuition is calculated based on the number of hours your dancer takes per week.  We do offer multi-class discounts when you sign your dancer up for multiple classes. We also have a new “unlimited class” option for dancers that would like to expand their dance training. A full break down of our tuition can be found on our Tuition and Fees Page

We offer classes to fit every age and ability level.  If you need help deciding which dance style might interest your dancer, we suggest visiting our classes for a description and comparison of the different styles. If you are unsure what level to select for your dancer, please contact us below so we can help you find the correct level for your dancer. Don’t worry if your students need to level up or down after their first class. Our staff will help adjust your child’s schedule until we find their perfect fit!

We offer free trials for our fall session classes!! If this is your first time dancing with us, your first class will be a free trial for your dancer to come take class with us!

Our classes will remain virtual until the beginning of our summer session July 5th, 2021. We are optimistic that the newly released vaccines, decrease in case numbers, and increase in ICU availability, will allow us to reunite in the studio soon! Until this day arrives, we want to ensure that we are doing our part to create a safe environment for our families to continue to dance and connect with their friends.
