Closure, Make-up, and Cancellation Policies
- Our tuition is calculated based on a 4 classes per month average. Any
month that ASI is closed resulting in 3 classes for a given class, or the month naturally only has 3 classes for a given class, you may see the bullet below about ‘makeups’. Months with 5 weeks for a given class are treated as a ‘bonus’ to you and should not be made up. - Dancers may take a make-up class two weeks before or after an absence occurs in any style/class, as long as the class fits their age/level by submitting an absence form. These make-up classes may be used after absences for illness, travel, holiday closure, and any other cause for missed class
- We like to encourage students to use these make-up classes as an opportunity to try out a new class or new dance style
- Make-up classes that are not used within two weeks of the absence are forfeited
- Dancers must be registered and enrolled in ASI classes in order to use make-up classes
- Dancers may schedule at most 2 make-up classes per week
