Thank you for your joining our 2021 in-person fall session. We hope you are happy with the classes you’ve selected for your dancer. While the class package itself is not eligible for refunds, there are a few steps we can take after purchase to ensure your dancer enjoys their summer dance experience
- If after the first week of class the instructor notices that the level you’ve registered for isn’t the best fit for your dancer, we will be happy to adjust their registration and schedule to move them into a better class for their level
- If your dancer tries a new style that they aren’t enjoying, we suggesting continuing with the class for at least 4 weeks to see if they warm up to the new style. If after the summer session they decide that style simply isn’t for them, you can register for an alternative style/class for the fall season. We would be happy to help you find a style/class that fits your dancer’s interests and personality.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES FOR MERCHANDISE
All clothing sold in studio, including but not limited to tanks, sports bras, leggings, and hoodies, are not eligible for return. Items may be exchanged within thirty (30) days due to incorrect fit if the item is exchanged in new and unused condition with all tags and labels attached. We encourage dancers to try on the item prior to wearing them to class in order to ensure a good fit.
- Clothing merchandise that is listed at a sale or clearance price is FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.

ITEMS INELIGIBLE FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Fall Class Packages
- Registration Fees
- Event fees (i.e. competition registration, convention fees, auditions fees, etc)
