Las Vegas Nationals
We’re so excited to head into Nationals with our amazing competition team! This site is your go-to resource for everything you need to stay organized, informed, and ready for an incredible week. From detailed schedules to send off party details, and more — it’s all right here in one place. Once we receive the full detailed schedule, this site will be updated accordingly.
Below is this season’s summer schedule. Please note that most level changes are taking place during our fall 2026 schedule. There are a few level changes that will be taking place beginning this summer. Those will be communicated to dancers/families individually via slack 5/14. If you are not notified, please continue with the class you’re currently enrolled in. Summer does not require any registration, unless you would like to drop or add an elective. If you’d like to add an elective for an addition $50 please slack the ASI admin to be added to the roster.
Please note the following class curriculum changes that occur over the summer session:
- Pre-pointe does not take place over the summer.
- The second hour of Ballet III/IV and Ballet II/III has been updated to a flexibility and conditioning class.
- Jazz funk does not take place over the summer.
- K-Pop is an additional elective offered for dancers to add if interested

Send Off Party Details!
Thank you for your patience as we have been putting together the final details for an AMAZING send off party to celebrate our fifth season!
This season’s send off party will be located at Dave & Buster’s in Milpitas!
Our party will begin at 11:00am onsite! Please have your dancer checked in with us on time so that our game play can begin promptly for all the dancers’ enjoyment. Food emoji. Dancers will not be able to begin play until we have passed out all color coordinated materials, given play cards, and checked in the full group to review all rules for the party.
Lunch, drinks, and play are all included! Vegetarian options also provided!!
Dancers Ages 12 and Under:
Dancers have been separated by age, placed into groups of 4-6 dancers, and assigned 2 chaperones. Group assignments were completed solely by age in order to be as fair/neutral as possible when assigning groups. Dancers must stay with at least 1 of their assigned chaperones at all time, however they are allowed to split up to meet up with friends from other groups as long as one of their assigned chaperones stays with them. Achieving this flexibility to split up in different ways and continuously regroup is why we have assigned two chaperones per group, versus giving each chaperone fewer dancers.
You may use the button below to see your dancers assigned group and chaperones
Dancers Ages 13 and Under
Dancers may peruse the gaming space in their groups as they please. Ms. Torie will be floating around to ensure everyone is having a wonderful time! Dancers who will have a cell phone with them will save the studio cell phone number into their devices during the check in process and also write in their number onto the check in sheet so that we can reach each other as needed. Dancers may not exit the building or premises once checked in.
Parent Involvement
Our ASI teachers and alumni have volunteered to assist chaperoning this event – however we understand some parents may feel more comfortable staying to attend with their dancer considering the venue of this years event.
Please submit the google form below by Sunday June 14th at 11:59pm to note whether you are dropping your dancer off or staying to attend with your dancer. Flower emoji. We ask all families to submit a form, regardless of whether you are staying or solely dropping off.

Season 5 Superlatives
Dancers may vote for their choices for end of year superlatives. Voting closes Sunday, June 14th at 11:59pm. Dancers may only vote one time. Parents and staff are not eligible to participate
Download The Dance Bug App
Family and dancers can download the dance bug app linked below in order to stay up to date on whether the competition is running early, ahead, or right on time!

FAQ
When do we need to arrive?
Dancers will need to be present for their competition check-in time. We advise against flying in on the day of your performance as flight delays and cancellations put your dancer at risk of missing their performance. All dancers should be present for their routine’s check-in time, warm-up time, performance, time and awards as well as the Star Showcase on the final day
If My Dancer's Routine Is Not Selected For The Grand Showcase, Do We Still Have To Stay Attend On The 30th?
Yes, all dancers are required to stay on the 30th to support their teammates
How Long Will The Send Off Party Last?
The send off party pick up time is 2:00pm
How Does The Finals/Grand Showcase Work?
How it works:
Within each level (Primary, Secondary, Intermediate, Elite), the top 5 highest-scoring routines in the age groups 5 and under, 6-8, 9-11, 12-14, and 15-19 will compete to earn their spot in the Star Showcase. To ensure a diverse representation, each studio may earn just one entry per division in each age group.
Typically at the end of each awards ceremony during the week, they will announce who’s made it into the Star Showcase as the categories close out.
what Do we do when not competing
When not competing you and your dancer are free to vacation, sightsee, and generally enjoy the time with their friends and teammates!
Do We have class after nationals
After nationals we are closed for summer break! If competing next season, dancers will return for Choreography Bootcamp Beginning July 31st. Schedule will be released during our virtual Season 6 Launch Party
I'm Missing A Costume/Accessory! What Should I Do
