Routine Casts
We are so excited to release our Season Three Routine Cast Lists! ASI Dance Elite dancers do not stick to the same cohort year after year, but are instead cast in new routines each season. This allows dancers to learn from, train, and grow with different dancers each season. If you see your dancer performing with a different group of dancers this season, this does not mean that this is your dancer’s “new group”, but simply the dancers we have cast together for this season. This will change year to year to help our ASI Dance Elite team feel more like one big happy dance family!

choreography bootcamp
Choreography will begin right at the start time so please stretch and warm-up before class. We encourage dancers to have snacks and nourishment on hand to keep their brains and bodies fueled for long rehearsals! If your solo, duet, or trio is not listed this is likely because you mentioned being available in the morning and Ms. Torie will slack you individually to set up a time that works for everyon
Aug & Sept Rehearsal
Competition team cleaning sessions are held on Saturdays for 4 weeks in August and September. Please note that we do not have rehearsal over the Labor Day weekend and that rehearsals only take place on Saturdays. In season 2 these were held Friday and Saturday however our studio is fully booked on Fridays this year, leaving Saturdays as the only day for cleaning sessions

Our fall and spring dance class schedule is now available. If your private lesson is not listed on the schedule it is still in progress as we are likely trying to find a time in Ms. Torie’s schedule to add your rehearsal! If your private lesson is listed in red it likely has a conflict and is being rescheduled. If you notice conflicts for your dancer please await a message from Ms. Torie regarding solutions she has in place

Tentative Additional Scheduling Plans
We are tentatively set to hold recital at Dougherty Valley Performing Arts Center on Saturday June 1st with Dress Rehearsal on Friday May 31st. Please be advised that we are tentatively set for a dress rehearsal time of 5:30pm and the venue is located in San Ramon; please plan carpool and transportation accordingly.
Summer session is mandatory for all dancers competing in Nationals (Level 1 and higher) and is tentatively scheduled for Monday June 3rd – Thursday June 27th with summer dance camp occurring the first two weeks of June.
Season Three Competition Company Send Off Party
With summer classes running Monday – Thursday and nationals beginning on a Saturday, we are needing to shift this season’s send off party to an evening dinner event and excuse the dancers from class on Thursday. Please stay tuned for times and location for this event. Tentatively hold around 5:00pm for the event start time though this may shift depending on the venue
Submit An Absence
& Schedule A Make-Up Class
In order for an absence to be excused, it must meet one the requirements listed below:
Must be Submitted At least Two Weeks in Advance
Is a school event required for a grade (ex: science fair.)
Contagious illness
(does not require two weeks advanced notice)
Family emergency
(ex: traveling to care for a sick family member, attending funeral)
All other absences that do not meet these requirements are counted as an unexcused absence unless a makeup class is completed two weeks before or after the absence. To submit two week notice of an absence and/or schedule a make-up class, please click the link below
Become A Teacher's Assistant in Season Three
Being a TA at ASI Dance Elite is a rewarding way for our more experienced dancers to begin sharing their knowledge and love of dance with our next generation of ASI Dance Elite Students
Dancers ages 11 and older may submit an application using the link below in order to be approved to TA classes at ASI Dance Elite. Prior to submitting an application, dancers should review the class schedule with their parents and decide which they are interested in assisting fit their schedule for the season. Please try to have more than one option, as we allow a maximum of two TAs per class and their first choice may be already taken. TAs will be added to a special Teachers Assistant page in which they will receive instructions for the week, guidance/notes on previous classes, and help instruction on how to become a great TA
Below are a few classes we recommend TAs apply for:
- Mini Movers, Tiny Tots, and Baby Boogie
- Tap/Jazz Combo
- Primary Ballet
- Leaps & Turns Ages 5-7
- Rookie Team and Level 1 Team Rehearsal Classes
- Level III and IV students may TA for any younger competition rehearsals classes
