Good morning ASI Dance Family,
First and foremost, congratulations on a phenomenal performance at yesterday’s inaugural ASI Dance Recital! I can without a doubt say that yesterday’s performances were the best I’ve seen so far this season! I am so proud of your amazing growth and progress you have made this year and I cannot wait to see you perform these routines one final time (hopefully two times!!) at Nationals. If you have any pictures or videos from the recital please upload them to this shared google drive folder! We were so busy as staff members running the show that we were not able to capture many memories and would love to have any that you are open to sharing with us!
Attached you will find the schedule for nationals rehearsals next week! Please let me know if you have any questions regarding it!
You will also find attached the final schedule for nationals! We have attached both the general schedule (which includes the workshop schedule and timing for awards) as well as the individual dance schedule (which outlines the performance time for each routine We will put together the call times spreadsheet that we typically supply for each competition this week, but in general each routine will meet 2 hours before their performance time to warm up. Please remember all dancers are required to be present for the finals on the 10th. This is the final schedule for nationals, so you may now adjust your travel plans accordingly.
Our annual end of season company send off party will take place this Saturday in the form of a banquet! Dancers and guests may dress up to enjoy a nice meal with their teammates before we head to our final event of the season! We are unfortunately still waiting for the final time confirmation from the restaurant (although we are secured for a lunch time event, so potentially 11:30 or 12:00) in Fremont. We expect final confirmation from the restaurant Monday to be able to send final times and address. If you would like to purchase a ticket for guests other than your dancer (i.e. yourself, siblings, etc) please reply to this email to let us know so that we know to include said guests in the headcount for the restaurant.
